Frequently Asked Questions
How many people do we need minimum?
We recommend at least 10 players for a 5v5 game. For larger formats, we'll work with you to ensure balanced teams even if some players can't make it.
What if some employees have never played soccer?
No problem! Our games are friendly and inclusive. We balance teams to ensure everyone has fun, regardless of skill level. It's about team building, not competition.
Can we book recurring events (weekly/monthly)?
Absolutely! Many companies book weekly or bi-weekly slots. Recurring events get priority booking and better rates.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your event for a full refund or credit. Weather cancellations are always fully refunded.
Do you provide insurance for players?
We do not provide player insurance. All participants must sign our waiver. We recommend companies check their corporate liability coverage.
